The production version of Chevrolet Volt is finally unveiled by GM and leads GM into its Second Century of existence. Chevrolet Volt can go upto 40 miles just on electric power and then gasoline could be used for the further driving. But for day to day driving who don't commute more than 40 miles, this may be a good option depending on the price when its announced later on. The Volt's battery is capable to power the electric drive with an equivalent of 150 HP, 273 lb-ft of instant torque and a top speed of 100 mph.
